Kiddies Yoga

Kids these days live in a very fast-paced world. Technology has made all of our lives quicker, more urgent, with more stress. We usually don't think of these factors influencing our kids, but often they are. Today's lifestyles can have a profound effect on children's lives, and often not for the better. Yoga had no religious connotations and can be practised by anybody, at any age.

Yoga can greatly enhance the health and happiness of children. These are just a few of the benefits:
